Help assemble membership packets and write welcome notes for new members. Easy, behind-the-scenes volunteering!

Help us ensure new members feel immediately welcomed and connected to PFLAG Denver. During this volunteer event, we’ll assemble membership packets and write brief welcome notes that are sent to individuals and families new to our community. These behind-the-scenes efforts play a meaningful role in helping people feel seen and supported from their very first interaction with PFLAG.

This is a focused, low-key volunteer opportunity best suited for adults, given space limitations.

What you’ll do:

  • Assemble membership packets

  • Write short welcome notes

  • Support PFLAG’s outreach and member care efforts

Details:

  • Time commitment: 1.5–2 hours

  • Family-friendly: May not be suitable for all ages do to the work and the limitation of space, though please reach out if you have questions or concerns!

  • Lunch will not be provided, but you are welcome to bring in your own food and beverage.

Location:
The exact location will be shared with those who register, but the venue will be in Downtown Denver.

No special skills required—just your time, care, and willingness to help new members feel at home.
