Significant Other Support (SOS) - Online

Significant Other Support (SOS) - Online

SOS  ONLINE: A welcoming and affirming ONLINE support group for individuals navigating the unique journey of having a partner, spouse, significant other, or co-parent who identifies within the LGBTQIA+ community.

🌈A welcoming, confidential online space — a judgment-free environment where partners and spouses of LGBTQ+ individuals can share openly, ask questions, and receive support without pressure or expectation.

💬 Facilitated conversation + peer connection: Each session is guided by trained PFLAG Denver volunteers who ensure discussions remain respectful, balanced, and grounded in care. You’ll have room to talk about what’s on your mind or simply listen.

🤝 Support from others walking a similar path: Many participants find comfort in realizing they’re not alone — that the emotions, questions, and hopes they hold are shared by others supporting the people they love.

🪞 Opportunities to learn, reflect, and grow: We explore topics like communication in relationships, understanding identity, navigating transition, strengthening connection, and supporting your partner with compassion and clarity.

💖 A community centered on growth and love: This group isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about showing up, learning together, and nurturing healthier, more affirming relationships — one conversation at a time.

***Please register EACH MONTH so we can ensure you are included for the session you want to attend. We will "refresh" the list after each meeting, so registration each month is the only way to ensure you are sent the correct link.

It is hosted by PFLAG Denver Board Members and Volunteers on the 3rd Sunday of every month via Zoom from 2:00 - 3:00 PM MT.
